WARRANTY ADJUSTMENTS ON AUTO-LITE PRODUCTS

The Electric Auto-Lite Company prefers to handle all warranty requests on Auto- Lite products through their dealers.
Therefore, beginning right now, please follow the procedure as outlined.
The enclosed Auto-Lite Authorized Service Station Directory lists their dealers in your territory.
When returning a damaged part for adjustment, an Auto-Lite warranty adjustment request (Form #621) must be completely filled in and attached to the part in question.
We are attaching a sample form so that you will know what information is required. Additional forms may be procured
from the Auto-Lite Station which handles your warranty requests.
Please follow the above procedure if you wish to have your requests handled promptly, because Auto-Lite has asked us
to advise you to handle all requests for adjustments in this manner, so please do not send them in to us, as it will be
necessary to return them to you.
