195 – Model “B” Chek Headlight Bulb Adapter To Accommodate Model “A” Chek And American Made Bulbs

MODEL “B” CHEK HEADLIGHT BULB ADAPTER TO ACCOMMODATE
MODEL “A” CHEK AMERICAN MADE BULBS

1. Drill or ream hole in $37517 washer to 39/64″.
2. Insert two blades in hacksaw and cut slots “A” and “B” as shown on sketch.
3. Place washer between socket body and spring clips, insert bulb with two #763004 rubber seals.
4. Line up bulb terminals with spring clips and solder washer in place.
5. American made 12-16 volt bulbs may be used with “choke coil” described in Service Shot 193.
