The posts of the regulator for indicator light wire, and battery wire are stamped T and B. ‘. Care must be taken in making connections of wiring.
On post marked T the indicator light wire must be attached, and on post marked B the battery wire.
If in error the battery wire is connected or touched to post T, too much current passes thru the ground wire in the regulator, causing it to burn off. This ground wire is attached between the regulator cover stud and the indicator light breaker point.
